Roby Stahl methodology is noted as one of the most professional and sophisticated worldwide. This includes recognition from FIFA, and National teams here, and abroad. Roby has developed this unique methodology through a of enviable soccer achievements. Roby holds elite coaching licenses in Sweden, Brazil, USSF A here in the United States, and a Canadian B. He was the Head coach Mens/Womens, Professional team at Tyreso FF, Stockholm Sweden. Played Professionally in Ireland for Cork Celtic, and England at West Ham finishing his playing career at the Cleveland Cobras. Steve Richards
Steve Richards has been responsible for raising the level of play of thousands of students nationwide with Post-to-Post International Strikers Training Centers combined with the late Tony DiCicco Soccer Plus, which was one of the largest soccer programs for strikers and keepers in the country. Richards is also one of the founders of the unique Soccer Pathways ID Collegiate Camps which conducts camps Nationally.

"PTP Soccer Pathways is designed to physically train and educate soccer players, and parents who aspire to play at the collegiate level. The unique program curriculum provides an in-depth step-by-step process for players to get placed at a college (JC), NAIA, Division 3, Division 2, and ultimately Division 1 levels, and if they have the potential to place them in the Professional circuits."
Steve has also coached numerous influential players playing in top collegiate programs, and professional programs including England, Germany, and Sweden.

Adriano
Moraes
Adriano Moraes joined the Lincoln Memorial University soccer staff as an assistant coach in 2007 after playing a pivotal role in one of the most successful seasons in program history. During his 10-season stint on the staff, the Jacare, Brazil native has provided the men's and women's programs with substantial soccer knowledge, quality leadership and a work ethic that is second to none.

Moraes had the opportunity to play soccer at a high level, playing and training alongside several outstanding players and coaches in several clubs in Brazil, including San Jose Esporte Clube, Associatica Matonense and Associatica Internacional de Limeira.
Despite only playing for a single season, Moraes contributions are evident thanks to the tremendous accomplishments of the men's and women's programs during his time on the coaching staff. The Lady Railsplitters advanced to the 2013 South Atlantic Conference Championship final, while the Railsplitters appeared in the 2012 and 2016 SAC Championship final. In 2007, Moraes helped lead the Railsplitters and Lady Railsplitters to the Appalachian Region title. That same season, the men's team finished as the NCAA National Runner-Up.
Following his collegiate career, Moraes played and coached the Baton Rouge Capitals in the Professional Development League in the summer of 2008. Additionally, he currently holds the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Premier Diploma. Moraes has been a part of the Tennessee Olympic Development Program since 2013. He is also the men's soccer head coach at J. Frank White Academy, a K-12 school located on the LMU campus.

In addition, he has been working with youth soccer leagues and camps surrounding the community to promote the sport, help youth development and increase relationship with the community.

Ihor
Chyzowych
An internationally known and acclaimed soccer coach and clinician, Ihor has more than 30 years of professional experience and the highest coaching accreditations. He has led teams to the top national rankings, winning national, regional and state titles with many players going on to play at top collegiate and professional levels.

Ihor is a Region I Staff Coach, License Instructor and Director of the Chyzowych Soccer School and Custom Soccer Training National, based in Cincinnati. He also serves as Head Coach for the Northern Kentucky Soccer Academy and is a repeat presenter and clinician at the NSCAA convention and coaching clinics.
​
Before coaching, Ihor played professionally at the highest levels. He was named to the 1980 U.S. Olympic Team as a Pool Player and was drafted to play professionally in Europe as well as the US, playing for the Chicago Sting and NY Cosmos (Pele's team).
